Hi there. I would like to ask you where can I find good tutrials for making my own sims 3 package content. I have some ideas and try them with tutorials in modthesims.com but they don't work. can you help me?

About Me
Since I specialize in building Lots for your downloading pleasures (but I am planning on branching out to objects soon. My meshes for The Sims 2 were really VERY embarrassing), I just want to point out a few of my "policies" when it comes to building them. Actually, there are only a FEW of 'em:
1. I don't/rarely use Custom Content in my Lots. I don't want the downloaders having to go through other objects and stuff to be able to play my Lots. It's actually quite a hassle sometimes especially if your internet is slow and it sometimes takes a long time to download these Lots. Also, extra objects can add to the memory space used in your PCs or Laptops or MACs. So when it comes to these kinds of things, I really think that when it comes to Custom Content, I will leave it all up to the downloader. If he/she thinks that this or that lot would look better with a certain CC window, then they're free to replace them. This brings me to the next one...
2. You may modify the Lots (interior or exterior) to suit your sims' needs and your tastes. Just PLEASE don't re-upload them anywhere and say it is your own. It would also be cool if you could inform me if you made some exterior modifications on the Lots and show me what you did. After all, I could also learn a LOT from all of you.
3. Regarding REQUESTS, I find it hard to fulfill these things since I am attending college right now, and school comes first before Sims 3 of course. But I will try accomplishing some requests if I have free time to do so.
4. Finally... HAVE FUN! Hope you enjoy my Lots for both Sims 2 and Sims 3!

The Sims 3: For the Sims 3, I now specialize in building homes and lots for your sims' enjoyment! I'm looking forward to creating textures and patterns soon, but for now, I'll focus more on lots. Hope you like my creations!
The Sims 2: If you are looking for Lots, Object Recolors, Walls and Floors, Hair Retextures, then my site will suit you just fine! I also just started making object meshes and make-up, so don't be shy to look around!
