First lot from my BAYVIEW SERIES! A luxurious middle-sized home for your sims who just can't spend a day without seeing the sea! This tropical contemporary home features a master suite, 2 other bedrms, 1 study rm, 1 kitchen and dining rm, 3 bathrms, a family/entertainment area, and lots of walking space as most parts of the house are minimalistically decorated and furnished! This house is also environment friendly, which explains why it only provides space for a bicycle! Also has a pool, picnic spot, sunbathing area at the back! Alyosha/TSR
