You HAVE my permission to: - use my creations in your game, screenshots, stories, videos; - if you want to upload a sim, you can show my creations on your models (with giving credit) but only on preview pictures (you can't include my creations with your uploaded sims); - you may recolor my meshes, but if you want to publish your recolors, you may do it only at TSR. You DON'T HAVE my permission to: - show and claim my work as yours; - upload my creations at any free or pay site; - copy any part of my textures/meshes and paste on other textures/meshes; - recolor my textures; - add my creations to your uploaded sims or other uploaded files; - publish recolors of my meshes at other (than TSR) sites; - add my meshes to your uploaded files. These new rules are because of stealing my work and pretending to be me at other sites. It's really cruel that people don't have respect for anything and think that they can do everything they want. If situation changes, all pirates be punished, I will change rules about recoloring and give permission to publish them at other sites. When I see somebody claims my items as his own and uploads them at other sites. That kind of people think that they can do everything they want. But that's not truth! I had situations that I found my items published as somebody's work. It happened few times at MTS2 and once at TSR! Few people presented my sim fashion as their own at Polish site too. They have been banned. Stolen creations have been deleted. There have been two worse situations during last month. Somebody created accounts on Polish sites as "BBKZ". She/he stole my work and my personality. She/he tried to interfere in my private life and use my name to his/her illegal purposes! That's unforgiveable! It's impossible to find all stolen creations. But there's one thing you should know: I publish my items only at TSR. There's no legal way to see my creations at other sites. If you notice some of my files, please let me know - write me PM, give links etc. I'd very glad for any help. You HAVE my permission to: - use my creations in your game, screenshots, stories, videos; - if you want to upload a sim, you can show my creations on your models (with giving credit) but only on preview pictures (you can't include my creations with your uploaded sims). When I used them, they were free and you didn't have to pay for them. But Tantra and Simal10 have become Featured Artists (congratulations!) and their items are now paid. I hope you understand this situation and you won't be mad at me that "my work is free but I used paid meshes and many of you can't get my stuff". Here in Poland we have many national traditions and I think that it is very interesting to know something about foreigners. I saw some pictures of Mayan Temples few days ago. I'm ill (pneumonia) so I don't have to go to work for few weeks. So I wanted to do something special for your Sims :) How about real Sim-Mayan Temple?! It took me only 2 hours - it's pretty quickly. My Mom has surgery and I had to take care of my Dad and younger Sister. I had also many work in my office and at university (I'm now on last semester). But now I want to sit, load my Sim-game and build something new. I promised Triss that I will build next western lot (using only Uni stuff). This is very hard, but I only have to finish it yet :) Don't worry Triss! I remember about your little dream ;) But I'm building also few other lots. One of them you can see on the picture below: I love this house! And I hope I will create it with perfection! It was really hard time for me. My Mom has surgery and I had to take care of my Dad and younger Sister. I had also many work in my office and at university (I'm now on last semester). But now I want to sit, load my Sim-game and build something new. I promised Triss that I will build next western lot (using only Uni stuff). I got many PMs from Polish users with a request to write something in Polish, because not everyone speak English well... So... English version: I made few new lots last weekend. It took me not much time and I'm so happy that they're gonna be published in few days. I have some little dream - to see some of my new creation in Featured Downloads again. But I know this will be very hard. Because we have here many artists with better talent than me. But... as people say... if I believed, my dream would come true... I also want to tell you, that I have very hard exam this weekend. I'm so close to become Master of Economy and I have to spend all my free time on learning for this exam (Management Accountancy). So you will have to wait one week for my new creations... Wish me luck!! ;) Polska wersja: W ostatni weekend zbudowałam kilka nowych domków. Nie zabrało mi to zbyt wiele czasu i już jestem niesamowicie radosna, bo zostaną one opublikowane w najbliższych dniach. Wciąż mam maleńkie marzenie, by zostać nazwana mianem Featured Artist. Jednak wiem, że będzie to bardzo trudno, ponieważ jest tu wielu lepszych ode mnie kreatorów. Ale... jak to mówią... jeśli mocno wierzysz, to marzenia się spełniają... W kolejny weekend czeka mnie bardzo ważny egzamin. Jestem już o krok od zdobycia tytułu Magistra Ekonomii. Zamierzam cały wolny czas spędzić na nauce do tego egzamu (Rachunkowość Zarządcza).
