Lot Size: 30x20

A lovely little starter lot which is under 16000 fully furnished when placed on a small seafront lot (eg. 3 Sun Song Avenue, where I built the lot) or any lot with a value of 3000 or less. Suitable for a single Sim or a couple. Enjoy!
