3-tile dining table, casual dining place setting, dining chair, deco/china
cabinet, hutch, and several new deco items./p

straighten out, but then another problem would develop, LOL! Fortunately, I
love a good challenge!nbsp;/p
pDon't expect Victorian creations right away, I am taking it slow and easy, I
am starting with something less complex. Although I did create new curtain for
Sims 3, I really HATE the in game curtains! They are so unattractive. So, I
created my own window treatment, the other objects (pictured below) were

appear at their best in Sims 3. However, the main drawback is that attending college
