I am a little slow releasing a home for your Sims this week, but you are going to LOVE this one. It is a huge stone mansion with 2 wings. A round entry made of both brick and stone has a large fountain in the center. 2-stories, 3-bedroom suites, 3.5 bath, captain's walk, gazebo surrounded by pool, hot tub, fountain, 2-stall garage, large eat-in kitchen, formal dining, 4 fireplaces, grand entry are just a few of the special features your Sims will enjoy. I just need to make the pictures and load it up here on TSR.

Please download the current items one at a time. The SET option doesn't seem to be working right now. TSR is working on the issue and they are VERY good at their job, so I think the download for SETs should be up and running soon. I have new wall/floor and ground sets ready to upload as soon as the option is available. :)

I'm planning on several Sims 2 rooms of Wicked furniture to go in that haunted or just nasty low-rent home. I've done the bath & kitchen, but want to offer more rooms. I'm also working on a beautiful house for Sims 3. Can you tell I'm hyperactive? LOL

I haven't had anything published for the last 2-3 weeks for either Sims 2 or 3 because I've been working on something special. It took me a while, but I created 26 new patterns (Sims 3) and a creepy old mansion (with a fog cloaked cemetery) to use them in and on. I have been working on a really interesting haunted mansion. I'm making all the patterns so everything will look original. I am going to try to post it this week. It has taken longer than I thought it would. LOL Things are settling down after visiting relatives in Scotland and the school year starting where work at University.

Happy 4th of July! I've a couple of nice things coming out this week. Sims 3 has a house & community lot and Sims 2 is some unique metal walls and floors. I hope you like them! Smiles, Ceri
