And can you please tell me, what the file is that consists of a large row of numbers and characters and has no category or preview image (no, I don't mean the sim file 1864e2be_2726499b)? I don't want to install anything I don't know what it is and cannot sort into my folders.

And if your CAS is as buggy as most of them, the preview could be looking completely different or even female, so just click on the previews one by one until you find him.
