If you want somewhere clean and safe for your little dears to play - this isn't it. The epitome of under-funding has secured this park a spot in the Rogue's Gallery of aesthetic displeasure. Rusty swings, no ladder to the pool, nastiness everywhere...

Additional Notes:

Having trouble placing community lots? Simply convert an empty residential lot to 'community'..
