If you're building up your run-down neighbourhood, then you certainly don't want beautiful tropical beaches spoiling it all, do you? Tired, old, cheap, and quintessentially British, this community beach lot has it all: the tacky bar and raffle stall on the pier, faded deck chairs and beach umbrellas, tatty beach huts, a playpark of yesteryear that will soon bore the kids to tears, and the unmentionable public toilets... Community beach lot - includes beds and showers on site so your Sims can beach party right round the clock in this miserable paradise.

Credits: For Alyosha who thought I'd at least leave beach lots alone! Wrong! ;-)

Additional Notes:

Having trouble placing community lots? Simply convert an empty residential lot to 'community'.

Well well well... looks like you really had to "victimize" the beach, eh? I must say though, you did a really "splendid" and "rotten" job! LOL! This really looks like a run-down beach! I love the little bar you made and those faded deck chairs! Looks like my run-down hood is all complete! (of course, if only there was some way to make all those community lots look "tasteless," that would be perfect, wouldn't it? hehe) Keep on Simmin', Alyosha

Love it! As others, I love the sun-bleached wood with the barely-there paint. ^-^ I also love the beach chairs in the little fenced-in area. (: -Thanks and reccomends.-

You have an outstanding way with textures. The faded umbrellas, the worn paint! Thanks, as always, Sue!

Wow! You really have an eye for building detailed places for our simmies to visit! Who wants tropical beaches when you can have a good old Blackpoolesque beach!?! Fantastic! Thank you!

This looks great - I've replaced the other community beach in Sunset Valley with yours, and my simmies can see it from their home. It's got a lot of great features to it and I am really enjoying taking my sims to visit there. Thanks xx
