There's a majestic mansion rising over the hillsides, full of rich splendour and lavish luxury... But this isn't it. THIS mansion is tired, run-down and in need of loving renovation. Failing that, it will suit hapless Sims who can afford a bit more grandeur but don't have money for majestic mansions.

Additional Notes:

The Attic Floor only contains a very small amount of usable space (best suited for staorage).
