Description
Maybe the reason Sims won't use it is that it might just come off the wall?! Or maybe it's because Cyclonesue made it. For best results, use this with the top piece for external building ladders.

There are Survival Horror type games such as the Silent Hill and Resident Evil series, which employ GA's who know that it is the little things such as a knocked over garbage can or a ladder on the side of a building...a ladder such as this, which lends realism to an urban industrial community.
