A collection of neon lights (both wall and floor-tile mounted signs) in six brightly glowing neon colours! Listed under "wall lamps" and "floor lamps" in the game. Look out for Set 2 in October 2008!

Forged metal signs for walls and rooftops: Bar, Bowling, Diner, Garage, Gym and Hotel. With 6 inner and 6 outer colours, a total 36 colour combinations are possible in metals or paint. All meshes can be found in the Decorative/Misc category of your game.

Notes: Due to the shorter word length, the vertical BAR and GYM signs come in small and large sizes so you can find the best fit for your building.

Four double-sided floor tiles to use as ceiling tiles for screenshots, stories and movies. Made to match the beautiful floor and wall designs by TSR's own 'jsf Designs'. See notes about lighting. IMPORTANT! Double sided floor tiles are not suited to ordinary gameplay - use only for screenshots.

Notes: ABOUT LIGHTING: For ceilings 1, 2 and 3, best results are obtained by building another floor level above the floor with the ceiling. Ceiling 4 looks better as a single-storey (no floor levels above).

Decorative arches to match the Maxis "Brownstone's Revenge" wallpaper. Use stand-alone or integrate seamlessly into walls with the recolour tool (see notes). Includes matching ballustrade, pediment and floor tile. TSRAA: Use freely in your lots at TSR (your lots will remain free if you do).

Notes: Tip: use the recolour tool to hide the top overhang when integrating with walls. The 1-tile arch will need walls either side to prevent Sims walking through the sides of the arch. The included fences need an expansion pack.

A set of angled wood windows - any size triangular window is possible! These windows are base-game compatible (no expansion pack required). However, if you want to place them directly under a roof gable as pictured, you will need the "Nightlife" or later expansion pack (see notes below).

Notes: A building cheat is required to place windows directly under a roof gable. Click the 'Recommended Items' link for a short and simple tutorial on how to do this - no previous experience required!
