SA Status

I was trilled that TSR invited me to become a SA artist. As some of you already know, I used to be a TSR FA. I decided to start my own website in 2005 and was afraid I would spread myself too thin so, I resigned from FA here. I've thoroughly enjoyed my website and all the friends I have made because of it, but I have missed being a part of the TSR family. I didn't realize just how much I missed it until TSR developers made the fantastic Workshop for TS3 and got me started making objects for TS3. I have enjoyed catching up with old friends and making new ones here.
So, thank you TSR and FAs. Big Hug! and thank you to all the members that have been so nice and supportive. Big Hugs to you too!

The holidays are special to me. It's a time to really reflect on the many blessings in my life...my wonderful (most of the time) husband, beautiful (inside and out) kids and grandkids, wonderful friends, good health and lots of chocolate. :)
This time of year reminds me not to concentrate on the tough times during the year, but instead be thankful for the good. I know this has been a tough year for everyone. I pray that 2010 will ring in good health, love and prosperity for us all.
Merry Christmas! and Happy New Year!

I'm converting the Asian Dining Room set I made for TS2
Author: dgandy | Posted Dec 12, 2009 | 4 comments
I'm converting the Asian dining room set I made for TS2 so it will work in TS3. So far I've made the Window (need to work on making the glass more obscure), Table, Chair, Buffet (I made it 3 tiles long instead of 2), Calligraphy, Sculpture and Lamp. Do you think I should leave the table 2 tiles long or should it be 3 tiles also?

Wow! Can you believe another year is almost over?

It's hard to believe this year is almost gone. I guess it's true what they say that the older you get, the faster time passes. We have had a major blessing this year with the birth of our twin grand babies. My daughter had then in August. A handsome boy and beautiful girl. I can't stop showing them off. So, bear with me. This is Aidan and Aeyth. Aren't they the cutest?

Wishing you a nice, romantic Valentine's Day!

Valentine's Day is very special to me. It is the day I married my hubbie 27 years ago. I wish you all a nice romantic day with your special someone or if you don't have a special someone at the moment, I hope you meet him/her on the most romantic day of the year!
New Years Resolutions
Author: dgandy | Posted Dec 28, 2007 | 0 comments
It's that time of year again. So, here are my resolutions.
1. I will quite smoking (again)
2. I will lose 20 pounds (again)
3. I will learn something new (or at least relearn something I forgot.)
I'll have to think of some more before the end of the year. That's enough lying for one day any way. :)
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!
Merry Christmas

I'm So Bad!

I'm so bad about not updating my blog. I'm just as bad about not writing or calling friends and family.
I will try to get better. I've been trying to come up with ideas for dressers that don't look like dressers. That's when the coat rack and luggage originated. If you have any ideas, let me know. Hope you are having a wonderful 2006. Debra
Welcome!

January 02, 2006.
This year is starting out great. Sure am glad I ate those black eyed peas, turnip greens and ham.
I have big plans for new creations this year. Hope you like! Don't be a stranger, drop me a line!
