Description
Remember the skirts you used to make by cutting off the top of old jeans and attaching a ruffle to the bottom? I made this mesh to recreate that style I thought was so cool in the 80s. As you can see, the mesh also looks good as a dress and jacket. Ages Y.A, Adult and Elder
