These are wonderful dresses and I think you did a great job on them (unlocking, reColoring etc) I am no expert when it comes to creations that won a competition before, but I would think that as long as credit is given to the actual creators, that there shouldn't be too much of a problem in recoloring and submitting them here. But it's ultimately up to TSR and what they can and can not do with them (legally). Thanks for for all your hard work on them. I'll cross my fingers for you.
