    • Next morning when Stella woke up, all her worries about Santa not being able to find her were gone because under the tree were lots and lots of presents for her and Grandma. In the afternoon, as always on Christmas day in Star Hollow, Santa would come and tell stories to the kids at Elf's Toybox.

    • Minerva took Stella, but they arrived way too early because the little girl was very anxious about meeting with Santa.
    - Let's see what's in this big present box overe here, said Stella and opened one of those boxes.
    - Stella! Leave those boxes alone and come sit here while we wait.

    • - Sorry Grandma, you know how much I love presents!
    - I know, but you got so many presents today!
    - There are never enough presents!
    Minerva laughed and told her she loved her more than anything in the world.

    • - You know Grandma, I love you too, but now I am bored... replied Stella.
    - Well, you were the one who insisted we came early...
    - I have an idea, while we wait, why don't you tell me what happened next?
    - What happened next?
    - Yes, Grandma, with Letta, I want to know more!
    - I guess I could continue the story while we wait...

    • Something happened with the two sisters while they were heading for "Rosa's" because they never made it. When Letta arrived at the bar the door was locked, she waited and waited, people came, saw the bar closed and left, but there was no sign of Greta or Kara. She didn't know what do think and what to do! Her face lighten up when she saw Carmine coming. When he heard that the sisters didn't show up he told her he had a surprise and that they were going to have dinner together.
    - Wooow! That's so romantic Grandma! said Stella looking right at Minerva with her big beautiful eyes.

    • It was nothing like Letta expected. It was even more! Carmine had set the place up beautifully, everything was perfect for their evening together. After they had a delicious meal and drank the sweetest wine...

    • ...they danced their hearts away!
    - Letta, you are the most beautiful woman I have ever seen! Your big blue eyes, you lips, your soft skin...you are just perfect!
    - Oh Carmine, I'm so in love with you, you are everything I have ever wanted and everything I will ever want!

    • The next day they went ice skating. Letta had no idea how to skate, but Carmine was doing his best to teach her.
    - I has such a great time last night and now I'm having a blast, but deep inside I am so worried about Kara and Greta. I went by the bar this morning and there is still no sign of them! What could have happened? They would have never left without letting me know...
    - I can't possibly tell you, but I promise you if they don't appear soon I will look for them. Don't worry for now, maybe nothing happened.
    - You are right, said Letta, let's get back to our skating!

    Suddenly they heard Farah's voice:

    -Carnine? It's been ages since I last saw you! How have you been? What are you doing here and in such a rotten company?

    Before Letta got the chance to say anything more, Farah interrupted her:

    -Where are your manners dear? Didn't they teach you back at the farm that it's not nice to step in other people's conversations? I was talking to my dear Carmine, not you...
    -Cut it out you two, you are fighting about nothing. Stop it, said Carmine.
    -You are right, dear, quickly replied Farah, let's go inside and have a cup of hot coffee while we remember old times, shall we?
    -No, thank you Farah, I came here with Letta and I intend to leave with her.
    -Old times? What are you talking about?
    -Me and Carmine, we used to be an item and I bet there is still a flame here somewhere! said Farah.

    • -Letta, I didn't tell you because it is all behind me, I don't....
    -I'm so disappointed Carmine, why did you do this?
    -But Letta, I don't have anything to do with Farah anymore!
    -Not yet, said Farah, but you know where there was once a spark....
    -Shut up Farah! Letta yelled at her while leaving.

    • Farah couldn't help herself but laugh:

    -Carmine dear, I can understand your need for fun, but do you really have to charm cattle girls when you can have me anytime?

    • - I don't want you Farah, I don't, I'm over you! Leave me alone.
    Carmine left and he was leaving behind a Farah with a glorious look on her face.

    • Meanwhile Letta didn't know what to do, she didn't have anyone to turn to, but Rufus. He had always been nice to her and she needed to talk to someone so she went to his place. He welcomed her with a warm hug and invited her to sit down.

    • - So, Letta, what brings you here? Don't tell me! You ahve an answer for me!
    - Actually, I don't know, I came because I needed to talk to someone...
    - What happened?
    - Well, Kara and Greta are gone...
    - What?!
    - I don't know anything about them, last night they didn't show up and there was no sign of them today either, I don't know what to do, I am very worried.
    - This is a serious matter, I'll have my men look into it.
    - Really?Thank you so much!
    - Anything for my future star! replied Rufus with a big smile on his face.
    - The other thing is... can I ask you something?
    - Sure, anything, I have nothing to hide!
    - Did you know Farah and Carmine had a relationship?

    • - Oh...that...uhm...yes, everybody knows that... why are you asking about it?
    - I am asking because I am in love with Carmine and it seems Farah still has feelings for him, we had a little show earlier today at the ice skating rink and I don't know if he still has feelings for her, I am scared that they might get back together...
    - I think you are way to worried, but let me tell you something...I'm sure you noticed by now and asked yourself where I got this scar from...
    - Yes, but I couldn't ask you...
    - It was a fight with Carmine.
    - A fight? He made that scar?Why? replied Letta amazed by what she heard.
    - Because he thought I had something to do with Farah when they were together and he came to confront me, things went crazy and we had a little fight that got me with this scar. It's been so hard for me since...

    • - Oh Rufus, I can't believe that! I don't know what to say...
    - Nothing, you don't have to say anything, but I'll tell you what you should do.
    - What?
    - I'm heading for Vegas in a few days and you should come with me, see if you like it, that will buy you some time to think about what you should really do.

    • - Besides, he continued, how can you be certain you made the right decision since you haven't been on the stage at Vegas? You'll have the whole world at your feet Letta. Just come with me and I promise you the best time of your life!

    - You would have your own suite at the best hotel in town, I hired two singers to back you up on stage, you'll have a personal tailor that will make anything you want-anytime you want it and you will have me, Letta, I will make you the thing you have always dreamt of, since you were a little girl, a star. You can be in other girls dreams, you will have fans, you will appear in magazines and many many more!

    Letta looked at him and said:

    Rufus couldn't believe the luck he had. Things were getting so much better.

    • When the doorbell rang, Letta had another surprise, it was Farah. They ended up arguing as usual.

    - This was the last place I thought I would find you, cattle girl. said farah angry.
    - What are you doing here? Are you following me? replied Letta who was also very angry.
    - I don't have to tell you that Rufus is my manager. I came here to talk to him about my show.
    - Stop it you two, respect my house!

    - You were fantastic! I couldn't believe it when Letta came almost crying telling me she didn't know what to do. It was just what I needed to make her go to Vegas. Now that those two stupid sisters are gone...
    - What sisters?
    - The two sisters that own "Rosa's", they are gone, wonder why? said Rufus laughing.
    - You didn't!
    - Yes I did, I helped them go away. I will decide when and if they come back depending on how fast they will decide to sell their garbage bar to me.
    - I am so proud of you, you are brilliant!

    • A few days later they arrived at Vegas. It wasn't how Letta had expected it, it was so much better, It really was the place stars were born, she felt like she belonged there. Rufus introduced her to her backup singers.

    - Thank you very much, I look forward to be working with you too! replied Letta.

    • - So, the days passed, the girls had their warderobe done, the rehearsals were going great and Rufus was doing his part promoting the show everwhere! I tell you, if he knew how to do one thing that was to sell his artists image.
    - He also knew how to cheat on people Grandma! I'd smack him, if I'd get my hands on him!
    - Stella! That is not how a young lady like you should talk!
    - I'd still smack him...
    - Goodness Stella...
    - What happened with the show?

    • It was the big night, she couldn't believe it, but it was true and she had to sing, she had to make her dream come true! It was a one time opportunity!

    • Rufus went on stage and greeted the guests, but also announced her. She felt her heart beating faster and faster and the moment she got on the stage she felt like the Earth was moving but she couldn't feel the ground. Time stopped and everyone was looking at her, waiting for her to sing! The moment she started her show, they stopped talking and the camera flash-lights blinded her. A new star was born!

    • Rufus was so proud of himself for making this happen and could only think about the money, but deep inside he had feelings, feelings which he didn't want to admit.

    - You look beautiful, very beautiful! Before you say anything I want to tell you that I am here for you, because I gave my word I would attend every single show of yours. I'm here because I love you! I miss you, I miss us Letta....

    - Carmine! I never thought you would come, I hoped you would, I wanted with all my heart! I miss you too, oh so much! By the way, how did you manage to make it all the way here?

    • Suddenly Farah appeared again. She was dressed in white, just like Letta and with a superior tone she told her:

    - Don't be silly, he can go wherever he wants to! He is the Duke of Wahlberg, but how can a country girl like you know that?

    - Thank you Farah, replied Carmine knewing that Letta would get upset.
    - Don't even mention it dear, someone has to put her feet back on the ground again.

    - I saw the whole thing and I must say you are doing a pretty good job with Letta, but you'll get Carmine mad with you and that is not going to get us anywhere. You better mend things now, before it's too late.

    - I know so, replied Rufus. I keep Letta on stage, you keep Carmine away from her. Simple.

    • Farah took his advice and went to talk to Carmine. She appologised for the things she said and asked him if he really was in love with Letta. Carmine told her that Letta is the one he would spend his entire life with. Then Farah knew Rufus was right, she needed to change her tactics. She appologised again, gave him a hug and told him that she would help him mend things with Letta. But...

    Will Carmine fall for Farah's trap or will he be able to get Letta back? What are Rufus's feelings? Why is he trying to deny them? Will the truth about the Rosa sisters be revealed? That and more in the next episode of "The Story of Letta Divine"!
