@Juh.17 If you just click the little green diamond and save it under Documents/Electronic Arts/Sims 3/Downloads  and once it's saved, just double click it and the launcher should come up.   The rest should be self-explainitory.

Thank you so much for sharing your expertise with those of us who are not so computer literate!  Your creations are lovely and I so appreciative that they are free.  My husband has been undergoing chemotherapy for prostate cancer and my Sims are my escape.  Needless to say that every penny is watched so it is so generous of you to offer your creations free of charge.  Thank you so much.
