Okay, let's start on a happy note.

I've finally reached 2 million downloads!  Haha, I was reading some of my old blog posts one day and found where I was estactic at reaching 200,000 downloads.  Good times.

A TON of people have asked me where I download my hair.  I decided to just mention it in a blog so they can find out for themselves.  I download a lot of hair from Peggy, Newsea, Raonjena, Coolsims, and Janita.  I hope everyone finds what they're looking for.  These creators are some of my favorite and definitely some of the most talented.

Okay, next thing.  I've noticed some people stealing my textures.  Especially jeans and sometimes shoes(guy's).  While I'm flattered that people think my stuff is good and they wish to use it also, I am really frustrated!  I will report anyone who I see has stolen a texture.  And I don't just eyeball it, I actually download the alleged creations and compare it with my own.  I spend a lot of time on my creations, and it definitely wouldn't be as fun if I just slapped someone else's texture down.  Maybe some people don't understand that it's still against the rules even if you don't republish someone's whole outfit that they made.  If that makes sense.  You can't just change the top, or change the shade of the jeans, then call it your own!

Alright now that that's said, I really do appreciate all the positive feedback that I get.  Sometimes people surprise me.  I'll have a favorite outfit in a set that I think everyone is going to download.  But then everyone likes a different item in that set better.  I just love making stuff and coming up with more stuff. I really like seeing what everyone else comes up with.  I love just flipping through teenvogue and getting inspiration.  If only I wasn't limited my meshes, haha! 

I really am considering a career in fashion, leaning towards photography.  I love photography, I'll browse on deviantart for way too long just looking at everyone's work.  I even covered a few of my school books and binders with collages of my favorite works.

Well, the last time I wrote a blog it was during summer. So I figured I probably should update again. 

Today I published another Twilight outfit, Rosalie's to be exact.  I actually made it along with all the other Twilight stuff, I just forgot to publish it somehow!  I really don't know how that happened.  I had a lot of people ask me to make a Rosalie outfit to go along with the other Cullen outfits.  I i realized that I did, but i kinda forgot about it.  Anyway, it's published now, go check it out.

Tomorrow, I'm really excited about the "Cloud Gazing" set that is getting published.  I just love the colors in the outfits and it reminds me of fall.  But I won't have anyting to log on tomorrow to check them out because I'm leaving the house at 6:30 because I have to be at the school at 7 for a band competition. 

Speaking of that, I'm smack dab in the middle of band competition season.  We've got practice 3-4 times a week, then my sister, who's on color guard, has an extra practice everyweek that I have to wait on her for.  So usually I get home around 6-7 during the week.  And that doesn't leave me a lot of time for sims after I get all my homework done.  I make time though.  However, during the summer I could publish 2 sets a week, now it's good if I can get 1 done.  I'm on fall break right now, so I plan on getting a lot done. 

And, yes, even on fall break we have band practice.  We actually had a football game last night (on a thursday???), then today we have practice at 3-7, then we load the truck for tomorrow's contest.  We're going to Vanderbilt University for our biggest contest of the year.  It's kinda scary because we'll be up against bands that go to Bands of America and that are just freaking amazing.  Then there's us, the little private school band, who everyone underestimates.  Ah, I really hope we beat them so bad. 

Edit: We actually won our divison!  Haha, it was great, we got the cup trophy.

Okay, I'm going to go play sims now.

Hey, everyone.  I've failed to write a blog recently, so I thought I'd give everyone an update. 

Since it's summer, and I'm at home all day, I have tons of time to make stuff.  So, I know that I'm churning out things like crazy.  Right now, I'm working on another superset, this time for guys.  And, I'm about to try meshing.  I REALLY want an awesome umbrella mesh, so I decided that since I can't find any to my liking, I will make one.  Simple enough.  So here's a preview pic!  It's just in BS, sorry. 

Also, my little sister is starting to create stuff.  So, I decided, because I'm generally a nice person, to show yall you some of her stuff.  She's just starting off with the easy stuff, swimsuits and whatnot.

Hey, everyone!

Sorry that I've been absent, so to speak, this weekend on TSR.  I haven't answered any comments or even signed on in a couple of days.  I've been working at the antebellum houses in the town I live.  Every spring and Christmas, the owners of all the old homes in my town get together and set up tours of their houses.  Then they get volunteers, like my friends and I, and we guide the tours.  We wear those massive hoop-skirts, too.  So I thought I would tell everyone a little bit about it and post some pictures.  Also, I'm avoiding reading the Scarlet Letter.

The girl with bangs if my friend Rachel, the girl with the ponytail in the light blue dress is my little sister Olivia.  I'm the one with curly, dark hair in the white dress.

I've been working on some different things than my usual clothing creations.  I've been through hell and back trying to figure out SimPe, but I think I finally beat it.  (Simpe, why do you vex me so?)  I've made some painting/posters!  I was surfing around on deviant art one day and I've always loved the great artists on there, so I decided to make some posters of their artwork.  Some of the artists I have picked include: Vampire-Zombie, Emerald-Felix, Hakan Photoraphy, and Sexties.  I also found some random artwork from old and foreign Vogue.  Here's a little teaser (awkward?) picture:

I had a lot of fun making the rooms to take the pictures in (clutter, clutter, clutter!)  I know that it would probably be better to just have a plain room with no distractions, but I hate when I download something and, in the picture I originally saw, it looks huge, then in-game it's mini!  So I tried to give ya'll everyone a perspective that shows its actual size.  By the way, the first picture is by Vampire-Zombie; the second is from Hakan Photography.  I hope everyone enjoys these!  Comment if you have any suggestions or ideas!!

Ooo!  Look at the shiny silver box over there ----->

Nifty, huh? 

I sure think so anyway.   I would like to thank everyone again for being so nice and writing/welcoming me in my guestbook!   I finally found enough time to respond to everyone, along with all the comments that have piled up lately. 

Today I made 10 glasses, seperated into 2 sets.  I've only tried glasses once before (I haven't published them yet) and considering that I'm a novice at such things, I'm quite proud of them.   *has idea*  Here's a pic of my first try at (sort of) glasses.

Like it?  I want some of these glasses in real life...even though they are pretty much useless for sunblocking needs. 

Also, I've made two sets that should be uploaded soon.  One included six outfits of highwaisted skirts and cute tops.  The other (my favorite) includes sweaters and knit ugg boots.  Honestly, I would never wear ugg boots in real life.  Sadly, I have obscenely huge feet and I would think that clunky boots would just exaggerate their unfortunate size...

Also, if you haven't noticed my downloads counter thing is nearing 700,000.  Oh, happy day.

Ah, yes.  So, a couple days ago, I got a request that I make some Twilight clothes.  As in, wardrobe from the movie.  So, I set to work scouring the Internet for movie scenes, and comprable textures to use.  So far, I've come up with 3 Bella outifts.  I plan to do some Edward outfits.  And possibly one or two other Cullen outfits.  The Bella outfits turned out quite good and I'm very proud, lol.  I'll be posting those here soon, just as soon as I can take some preview pics because my game sort of keeps crashing, again and again.  I decided I would give it one more chance when I get home from school tomorrow, then it's getting reinstalled.  *sigh*

Yes, boredom. So, I decided I'll blog...about something. Did everyone have a good Christmas, *cough* I mean holiday? Oh! I actually sort of, maybe, kind of have some interesting news. I made a story! I didn't come up with the plot line (I definitely CANNOT write to save my life.), I actually just set it to an All Time Low song. The song is Remembering Sunday and that is also the title to the story. I'm so excited that I made a story! I'm branching out, you see. Maybe later I'll make a clothes set of men's underwear or something. Or maybe I shouldn't stretch myself THAT much. I did make some color sets however. Purple, blue, and black/white(inspired by White House Black Market). Then I made some Mayday Parade shirts and added some more bands onto the request list. Hey, i know what. I'll put the request list on here so if anyone ever...like...wanted to know...or if...they cared *trails off*

I've been trying for about a week now to upload some new creations, but it keeps messing up. I've decided that my computer goes through these rebellious stages where I can upload anything, whether it be pictures, videos, or, say, sims creations. So, I suppose I'll keep trying. Anyway though, I've been working hard on some vintage stuff: high waists, plaid, lace, and the like. I'm extrememly excited about those couple of sets. Hopefully they will be uploaded and published soon. I just published some additional male clothes. And they've done kinda of mediocre. For some reason, male clothes don't go over as well as female clothes.

So I thought that I should say some more about yours truly. As in, non-sims stuff. Because you already know how amazingly talented I am in that area, right?
