This rustic looking country estate has that old world charm suited for your more rural Sims. There is enough space for your gardeners, or for those who just enjoy the quietness of country living. The exterior of brownstone and timbered stucco provides an atmosphere of home and family. The grounds are beautiful landscaped with its lush plants, sunken pool area, and small arched bridge (Decorative Only) over a small creek. There is even a large basement for storing your Sims wine or gathered treasures. The interior is decorated in chocolate brown and rose and has plenty of room for a large family with its four bedrooms and five baths. Your Sims will enter into a large foyer with a triple staircase. It has a spacious living area with media, a chess nook and a beautiful fireplace. There is a full bath off the living room and another off the dining room.There is a separate office/library. The kitchen and informal dining room is decorated in a comfortable country style, which fosters lots of great family dinners. Upstairs has a great master bedroom with an attached bath and an office area. Next to the master is a nursery. Down the hall are two more bedrooms with attached baths for the older children. One is decorated for a young boy, and the other is for a young girl or teen. There is a small laundry room at the end of the hall, which makes it convenient to keep up with the laundry. This house has plenty of room for the family to grow with lots of children or just to keep those elderly parents in the home. Enjoy.
