This simple little modern Victorian will be perfect for a single Sim or couple. Built with the smaller lots in mind, this home offers simple living in a compact area. There is a parking space under a covered carport, patios, a pool and a beautiful pond to fish in. The interior is done in beige, brown and rose colors. There is a small entrance foyer with a triple staircase that leads into a large family room with a fireplace and media. The kitchen has a prep island and an informal dining area. There is a laundry room off the kitchen and a full bath. The upstairs has a large foyer with room for an art nook, a master bedroom with an attached office/library and master bath. This home was built at 2300 Pinochle Point in Sunset Valley. Enjoy!
