Dear simmers,
This is a re-loaded version of my Suburbian Luxury lot.
It was re-loaded due to being informed that a corrupted file was in the lot. (Its not the doll package though)
Please let me know if you have experienced any problems while playing the first version.
This version has no corrupted files, and is safe. The CC is from TSR and stylist Sims.

Being originally named Suburbian Delight by Evergreen, this Suburb home is now a place fit for those seeking a luxurious lifestyle. With its wonderful architectural style, and design, its amazing landscapes, and exterior amenities, fountains, and green spaces. Please note:
-I took permission to upload this remodeled version from Evergreen, the original creator, with the title 'Suburbian Delight'. I was allowed to change and remodel, and upload this house, as a member of the FlipThisLot team.
-The Original Creator, Evergreen, also has the right to upload this lot as well.
You might find it uploaded at the Sims 3 exchange.
-This lot was uploaded only to be shared. It is supposed to be a flipped lot,
and must have been uploaded at the Sims 3 exchange, but I personally wanted to share it here as well. ;)

Okay conny. First check the downloads section. (that is located in: My Documents<Electronic Arts<Downloads) and check for my lot (That is suburbian luxury) if you find it, delete the file. Go back here, and re-download the lot by clicking on the first download button. If that doesn't work, try downloading the zip file. Click on the middle button with the arrow. You will have a file downloaded. Go to that file, and extract its contents. Then double click on the file you extracted from the zip file. That should work. If you face anymore problems, just let me know by signing my guest book on my profile. Hope this helps. ~Light~
