This staircase is made especially for balcony use. It does not have a ciruclar cutout so you can remove the floor tiles. You can also use it like EA's stairs by adding my floor cutout on it.

Please do not clone, modify, or reupload. You don't need any expansion packs for the spiral stairs to work, but your game has to be patched to at least version 1.26..
