Don't have enough room in your house or yard to swing your kid brother in circles? Go with the obvious solution - go play in traffic! What better, safer play area could there possibly be then the middle of a snow-dusted road on a dark winter night... well, just about anywhere else, really, but Moray and Whiting seem to have gone with this one.
