Oh! how heartbreaking    Are you sure they are not recoverable? I have on occasion reformatted/repartioned drives only to realize that I needed files from them. In most cases I have managed to get them back using data recovery software.  Laure

 Oh shit!   Sorry, but I’m sure there’s even nastiest poetry that came out. It happened to me once. Since that time I have 2 external hard drives for backup and storage. I’m truly sad to hear that and I sympathize with what happen.
