TSRAA: Yes

These semi-transparent mirrors will make your floors and walls reflective! You MUST include the Shader File in your downloads folder to have transparent mirror reflections. Enable mirror reflections in your game settings!
The 1x1 mirrorfloor and the appropriate shader file have been set to free. You need to download these items individually since the whole set is subscribers only.

Furthermore, the pictures I've seen with the reflective floors don't have that blue reflection; are they just cleverly taken from an angle where you can't see it, or do you put reflective floors only in some parts of a room?
