TSRAA: Yes

These semi-transparent mirrors will make your floors and walls reflective! You MUST include the Shader File in your downloads folder to have transparent mirror reflections. Enable mirror reflections in your game settings!
The 1x1 mirrorfloor and the appropriate shader file have been set to free. You need to download these items individually since the whole set is subscribers only.

I had the same promblem as blackstallion681 I had to reload my game onto my computer, and in the process lost all my downloads. I really loved your mirror floors, and now I can't have them again because when I downloaded them they were free this really sucks that I have to pay for them now. I really thought the creators of the sims didn't want anyone to have to pay for items. Anyway if you get them back to being free I will upload them.

I have to say I agree with those people who have raised the why do we have to pay now...I don't have an issue paying every now and then for really good content. But I also had these files and through crashes that are EA fault due to conflicts on video cards like many others are experiences I have crashed and lost all of my files and why should I now have to pay out to get stuff back for content with no guarantee that might not happen again !! Was thinking of joining just to get these floors until I heard that once they're down,you can't actually remove them again. A friend of mine has them down in one of her sims rooms but then enlarged and moved the walls in the room and can't get rid of the floors. They're not selectable again once they're down. Is there a fix for this? I don't want to pay if there's no way to delete it.

Ah, yes. When I first got this set, all it was was a flashing block that blotted out my entire floor. If you have any problems, try installing the shader in a few types of locations. Such as directly or zip file. I THINK that's what did it for me. Its so amazing what they do, you really need to get it

I don't know why people are complaining, aren't some of them still free. If I remember right, they can kind of overlap each other anyway, so you don't need every single shape that is available. These reflective floors are a great idea, but I think I must be doing something wrong, or maybe it's just the way it is - although I don't think so... When I put the reflective floors, at some point, they start having a blue reflection to them, as if reflecting the sky, or the outside light if you will. This reflective "blue patch" changes according to the angle/side of the house I'm looking from, or to put it simply, with the perspective, hence making me think it's supposed to work as the reflection of the sky, pretty much like the normal mirrors that you put in your sims's houses reflect people passing when you have the walls cutaway perspective. Now, this would make sense if I had no roofs on top of my houses, but I do have them! So, what can be causing this - and is it normal? And if it isn't (as I believe), how to avoid it? I tried and verified if putting and painting ceilings would change it, but it doesn't... and as much as I want to have reflective floors, I don't want them to look like mirrors. Furthermore, the pictures I've seen with the reflective floors don't have that blue reflection; are they just cleverly taken from an angle where you can't see it, or do you put reflective floors only in some parts of a room? Please take these as rethorical questions, I simply can't understand why this happens... Thanks in advance for any replies/explanations/suggestions. I know there have been a lot of comments about having to pay for it, but with such a popular product it's not at all unreasonable to expect to have to pay something for it. This is a very great addition to the Sims 2.  It adds that tone of realism to your floors and rooms.  The only problem is the reflective walls/floors creates alot of lag ingame and can get pretty annoying.  If you hate lag I would avoid using these files. I have a perfect computer with a GeForce 9600 GT graphics card and over 4gb of RAM.  I have more then the requirements needed to use these files.  I am just thinking that maybe the files themselves just create lag that most computers just can't handle.

Hello Murano, first of all thank you for your unbelievable creation, it can turn even the plainest floor into beauty. I have one small issue. From any angle, day or night (close up or far away) the floor is tintet slightly blue. i looked through all the posts and you answered to one was that it is the sky.
