Enjoy! *****Place this lot on a low coastal road to reach the sea: for example the coastal road in Bluewater Village (by the retail park). The road should be 8-10 steps above the sea level to get the sea filling the lot. Big Thanks go to Tiko, for developing the ability to build on the sea!
