Hmm, well it's always hard to figure out what to say about yourself, isn't it? Let's see...

Most important, I'm the mom of two absolutely terrific children and the grandmother of the most beautiful little girl in the world (not the least bit biased, of course!). I'm a retired software trainer and on a rather extended leave of absence from my second career as a porcelain artist.

I've always had a love affair with houses and have wanted to be an architect since I was about six years old. The Sims finally gave me a chance to make that dream come true in a way! I designed my first house when I was ten - my dad had the plan in his dresser drawer for years, saying that some day he was going to give it to an architect to build. I'll never know what became of that plan but I do know that twenty years later I visited an acquaintance and walked right into "my" house - what an awesome experience!

Most of my Sims houses are original designs, only a handful are from commercial plans, because the designing and drawing out of the plans is really the part I enjoy the most. I have so much fun building them! ... I hope your Sims have just as much fun living in them! ~Jackie
