I'm posting this poll in three parts so check back for more questions. I'll rotate each part through more than once just in case you miss one. :) Jackie</content:encoded>

I've been using a new system recently for including custom content with my lots. I'm quite pleased with the results since it eliminates several problems and you seem to like it too! For anyone not familiar with it... I'm including the custom content in the same .zip file as the lot package rather than packaging it with the lot. Simply download the lot (or set of lots) as .zip files (the green arrow below the picture). Move or unzip the custom content into your Downloads folder then install the lot in the usual way, either using the default Maxis installer or Clean Installer. Older lots may need to be installed differently - please check the Installation Instructions!

Many of my lots include basements which may flood when used in certain areas or neighborhoods. In most cases these basements are simply bonus space and the stairs can be removed and the remaining opening in the floor recovered with floor tile. You won't have the bonus space but you'll be able to put the house wherever you want to! If you prefer keeping the basement, simply move the lot to &#34;higher ground&#34; or a different neighborhood.
