May 12, 2007 The Sims Historical Society and Pinecat Homes have announced the joint renovation of 129 Park Place. This turn of the century brownstone had been left to deteriorate over the years and was on the verge of being demolished when the Historical Society purchased it. Pinecat Homes sources tell us that the renovation is going slowly but it well underway and they're sure the results will be spectacular. Thanks to Cyclonesue for the wenches and Dr Pixel for the sawhorses and construction cones shown in the picture.
