Yeah... I'm on a bit of a downer right now. Lots of reasons I won't bore you with.

I really need a labor of love... doing the same old thing isn't really inspiring me at the moment. So I was digging through old artwork of mine (and I mean OLD... like from High School) and found a ton of drawings of comic book characters I had created. Its all Cyberpunk/Fantasy/Magic stuff... which I don't really do anymore. So I think its the perfect new Sims project!

I'm sure nobody will want these (kinda like MonsterParty. LOL!) but thats ok, I don't really care if anything I make is popular. Less popular the better, then maybe it won't be pirated. (Fat chance!)

I will still submit my usual Retroness to TSR, but probably not in huge numbers for a while. I need some "Me" time with my Sims. :)

All I can say is that there is far too much sunshine in Southern California. I've been here all of 3 weeks and I'm already wishing for a gloomy, rainy day. LOL!

Just wanted to let you all know I made it to California... I still need to complete the unpacking process but once I've settled in I'll be back to making Sims stuff. :)

Yes... the gypsy in me has become restless and I have aquired a new job in Los Angeles, California. So I'll be moving out there in about a month.

This means that my submissions will most likely be a bit slim until April. But I'm not quitting... so don't worry if you don't see me adding things unless it gets to be May or June... then send me a PM and tell me to get on with it! LOL!

I'm officially naming December "Cardigan Month"... LOL!
Maybe because thats pretty much a staple item for me during this time of the year.

I've already released the "Sexy Secretary" set which is a Cardigan and Slim Skirt full body mesh... and up next will be the "Classic Separates" set which is the same Cardigan and Slim skirt, but as separate Top and bottom meshes so you can mix and match them.

The next set with a new mesh is "The Girl Next Door"... Cardigans with a full skirt body mesh for all your June Cleaver wannabe Sims. :)

I'm also working on putting all the cardigans recolors from the full body meshes onto the separate top mesh... so by the end of December you will never want to see a Cardigan ever again. HAHA!

So I'm trying something a bit different here...

I've decided to upload my Monster Party Sims as "Build your Own" kits so to speak... rather than whole Sims. I had originally thought to upload full Sims, but I will eventually make males, kids, etc. and wanted to have the parts be separate for linking to later. Not to mention all the specialized clothing for each of the characters I'm working on.

I will make sure to list and link any make-up and accessories used in the screenshots for everyones reference. I suck at making make-up so I have to rely on the talents of others.

Hopefully it works out for everybody... I decided on this solution after a week of contemplating it all. This just makes the most sense for me to utilize the "parts" later on.

Well you will all be happy to know that I have enlisted the aid of MsBarrows to update my "SimStar" Retro Fridge to work with both OFB and Seasons.

They are being released tomorrow (Nov.8th)... and will be set to free as of the 9th. I know a lot of people have this set (from here and MTS2), and I want to make sure everyone has access to the updates!

Yes... its true I'm back lurking amoungst the masses here at TSR. Lots of crazy things have been going on in my life this year and has made it impossible to get back into Sims creation.

The bad news is... things are still not straigtened out for me.

But the good news is I'm going to start making things again anyway. I need the artistic outlet! I'm planning to start slow though, doing clothing recolors and such. The laptop I am now using (the desktop died as some of you may remember) isn't all that great with 3D so until I save up for a new desktop, recolors of my meshes is all I'll be able to do.

Of course all this depends on if I can get Bodyshop to work with my Vista machine here. Darn thing gives me error messages and won't start. *grumble*

So if anyone has any idea how to get Bodyshop to work with Vista I would sure appreciate getting a clue!!

... it takes a long time to make Lemonade! LOL!

Yes I know I was supposed to be back making stuff ages ago, but real life has a slight kink in it and I need to straighten out some isues before I can get back into the Sim Swing.... so please be patient with me. I will get back to making things for you all... I promise. I just have some other things to take care of that are higher on my Priorities of Life list. :)

I just got my computer back a couple days ago... but now I'm off on my semi-annual trip to China for my "real job". So its going to be a while longer before I can get back into making things. I hope I haven't forgotten how!!

So hopfully come April I'll have some new things for you guys...
