*Updated for AL* Four completely different apartments, (including two with roof terraces) furnished for different Sims. A 3x1 lot. To rent the apartment unfurnished, just move Sims in as normal - the furniture disappears. See Installation Instructions if you want the apartments to remain furnished. *Maxis Content Only*

Notes: If you have Seasons, put the rooftop jacuzzi in a Sim's inventory to stop weather coming in (when they're not using it!) You may need to lock the back doors to prevent neighbours accessing the roof terraces; the DJ booth may spawn a DJ - s/he will leave!
