Description
This is the basic house you’d get with Tiko’s Simple Japanese Roofs tutorial + an added basement level with rewards room. Interiors unfurnished, grounds furnished with car, tub, pool included. Please read Notes and Installation Instructions first. For best Japanese roofs, turn Shadows OFF.
Creator Notes
If you leave Shadows On in this lot, some of the Japanese roofs will have a slight horizontal shadow. For best effect, turn Shadows OFF in this lot. For Basements, I'd recommend select Turn On All Lights when playing to improve Sims' environment needs. In Seasons, the attic floors will get a light dusting of snow or a puddle - doesn't affect Sims at all! :).

Just kiddin', Andy, I love your Japanese houses. I wish somebody would come up with a neighborhood with a Mt. Fuji in it so my "Tikoyo" could look even more authentic. (Does it snow in Tokyo? I just got Seasons, so it does now!)
