Description A realistic Mediterranean harbour & fully furnished home with personal minesweeper! The harbour flows out into the neighbourhood’s sea, creating a romantic setting everywhere. Please read Notes & Installation Instructions first to check on placing the lot to work.
Creator Notes Please read the Installation Instructions! -----
This building uses CycloneSue's invisible driveway, which is a recolor. For this to work in Seasons, you’ll need the Seasons PATCH from Maxis! Find the patch here: http://thesims2.ea.com/update/?pid=Help_patches.
Credits Frillen sand, CycloneSue driveway & fence, KomoSims some tiles and V1nd1care for seeing how lots can be adapted along the coast

Installation Instructions:
Place these lots on a low coastal road: for example the coastal road in Bluewater Village (by the retail park). The road should be 8-10 steps above the sea level to get the sea filling the harbour. Some new custom neighbourhoods provide this feature so experiment with them - for example, for this Rimini set, Pickle Bay by Hazy13 has the right road height, whereas simplysim78's Newhaven leaves the sea lower, only partly filling the harbour. But you may like this low-tide effect!
This lot needs no extra meshes, and you should have no trouble installing with the Maxis default installer ("The Sims2 Bodyshop Package Installer"). But if you do have any problem, please download the Sims2Pack Clean Installer, which is available free here at TSR (go Frontpage > Content > Programs and it's on the first page). -----
The Clean Installer is much more effective than the Maxis default at installing custom content, and should allow you to install the meshes automatically with the house.

You are amazing for creating such excellent items for us. I just love how this house looks and am downloading two versions, one for public and then a home.
Thank You
As always, you're a true artistic genious! I can't wait to see what you've done with the Bon Voyage beach lots. Just saw the note of your illness in August and hope that you're feeling well again.
