Description
This tutorial explains how to form lots which can be partly filled with neighbourhood sea, continuing out forever beyond the lot’s back boundary. It refers to Bluewater Village, so it’s best to have Open For Business, but you can still use the method if you don’t! TSR tutorial level is easy!
