A luxury fishing boat, available both open-topped and weather-sealed, with different bedroom layouts. Includes a built-up mooring & leads into the neighbourhood sea, creating a romantic setting everywhere. Please read Notes & Installation Instructions first to check on placing the lot to work.

Notes: Please read the Installation Instructions! ----- The first days issues of this had a slight "weather in my house" problem that I hadn't been able to solve. Guess what - it was the VaporWare Submergence hot tub. Placed on the stage it creates a hole. With the cheaper Bubble-Up Hot Tub the boats should now be weather-proof!
