I just wanted to let you know that I've decided to retire. 

My life is so full with family & friends, that I want to devote my energy to spending time with them & taking care of my home. I've always wanted a 1950's style life & now I finally have it - with a wonderful partner, his kids, his family, new friends & neighbours. We're currently renovating our home & I'm designing my dream kitchen, so I'll be spending all of my time cooking up a storm with fresh produce from our garden. I want to thank everyone at TSR for helping me get through a very difficult time when my husband was ill & finally passed away from cancer. The sims have kept me hanging in there when things got too much & I will always be forever grateful to you all.

It was an honour & a priviledge to be a part of this wonderful site.

Real life seems to be behaving itself at the moment, so shhh... lets not wake the ugly beast!

I've been able to find the time & inspiration to really get back into creating, with 4 new lots completed. At the moment I'm focusing on lots for Cradle Mountain with rustic style homes & I'm finishing off some Stoneyville lots as well. I have an outstanding request for a map for Silent Hill for Sims 2 which I hope to get around to doing shortly & I also have a couple of half built lots for the Sims 3.

So stick around, cause you never know what's going to inspire me next!

I've bought the Ambitions expansion & have been trying my hand at Interior Decorating - & I'm terrible! The Sims all hate me! Oh well, back to the drawing board... Will just have to build for you guys instead!

As usual there is No Custom Content & No Hacks, so you can feel free to customise them with your favourite downloads. I still love the challenge of only using Maxis items in my creations & I'm looking forward to creating many more homes to suit all budgets.

Thanks to those who've been encouraging me to create for Sims 3... it was just the push I needed to try something new!
