What a quaint little tea shop, it looks so warm, and inviting. I love the well? (or is it a type of phone booth?), the matching stone wall and gate in front, it almost looks like an English Pub( I've only seen them on TV) I can almost see some of the locals hanging out there and catching up on all the news and gossip (lol) I think this will go perfectly in one of my suburbs where my local Sims can go relax and get to know each other better. Thank you very much for sharing this lovely Tea Shop, I love it.
