The outfit looks nice BEFORE you put it on the sim but AFTER you do, it makes the sim look WAY fatter than they really are. The "belly" in your skin makes the sim look enormously fat and "blubbery" when in reality they are only slightly overweight in the butt area and don't have the "gut" your skin gives them.
