Is the CC updated for 'Modern sea side house 3' since the sims 3 pets patch? I downloaded the file yesterday and run it in my game and i am having trouble with some of the CC running properly e.g. objects not going onto tables, chairs being in the middle of tables... Thanks!

Do you have any custom made houses by any chance with minimal CC? I'm still trying to setup CC and I want a nice house I can move into for the moment.

It's my 2nd year as a Featured artist of TSR and I'm proud of it. I'm so sorry if I were inactive this past weeks, I'll be uploading alot of new homes this month so wait for it.
