My teen daughter dates a kid that lets his pants ride down low like this. I personely would like to grab him and tell hi to pull his pants up!!! Oh wells! Flannel boxers underneath...saftey pin accents on the pocket.

I live in a town of 1700 people. If you go to the local diner, any morning, this is the typical look of all the retired farmers who hang out there at the "regulars" table. He has dingy white thermals with a old flannel shirt over that. His jeans are worn, and of course, rolled up at the cuff, (don't want to get any manure on the pants!) He is wearing brown leather lace up work boots.
