If you have something in mind for a house, I'd be happy to build it.  My style tends to be modern, so I'm most comfortable with that genre.

Please be as specific as possible...number of bedrooms (adults/guest/girl/boy), size of lot and house, extras such as gym, office, hobby room, party room, music room, games room and more.  Do you like open concept or closed rooms?  Do you like a large or small pool / lounge area?  What expansions do you have that I could use?  Will this be for a family / single?  Room for pets?  Do you prefer modern, ultra modern or contemporary?  What color scheme do you prefer?
