Before making a request, please take a look at the homes I've already built to see if there's one that suits you, keeping in mind that you can change a room to suit your family. My style is modern, ultra modern and contemporary. Please only make a request if it's something very different from what I've already built. I appreciate any pictures that best describes what you'd like, please link them to me. Thanks :)
Please be as specific as possible...number of bedrooms (adults/guest/girl/boy), size of lot and house (I won't build over 40x40), extras such as gym, office, hobby room, party room, music room, games room and more. Do you like open concept or closed rooms? Do you like a large or small pool / lounge area? Playground? What expansions do you have that I could use? Custom Content...do you mind a little or a lot? Will this be for a family / single? Room for pets? What style do you like? What color scheme do you prefer? Light colors or dark colors?
