Big Parks Like Twinbrook Town Center are pretty to look at, but at 64x64, is a BIG waste of space. I felt that Twinbrook, as well as sims 3 in general, was missing that snugged together look of the mid-century Main Street, USA. So out went the park. In went the Twinbrook Commercial District, complete with 5 rabbit holes, salon, laundromat, nectar store, consignment store, pet store, tattoo parlor, and fun set-pieces like a service station (complete with occupied garage, back alleys and office space above the nectar and consignment stores! I'm re-imagining Twinbrook completely condensing lots down and making look like a busy town center. Be on the look out for the set when I finish this time-consuming task!

This looks awesome. I really hated how sparse that area looked as well but I am really loving the town center you made along with the cars in the parking lot to make it look like a really busy place.
