For all the Sims 2 people out there. I have finished my latest house. A french country estate, inspired by a winery in France. 

Right now, I still prefer building for Sims 2. I will build both Sims 2 & Sims 3 for now, but I will build more Sims 3 once there are more expansion packs. I find a lack of building objects to build what I really want, so I'm just going to save my great Sims 3 ideas for then.

Hi everyone,

I had some issues with my personal life that took a lot of my time. Now I am back to concentrate more on Sims. I am trying to build up a variety of Sims 3 houses. I am still going to be building for Sims 2. I have a lot of great houses to be submitted for Sims 2.

Congrats to all the FA and SA who were selected for the Sims 3 panel  of artists. :)

Which is kinda good news for my submitters...My lots will be free for some time now. I plan on keeping the same and/or better quality to what you are used to with Sims 2.

I'm really looking forward to the release of Sims 3. I will probably be submitting my first house within 3 weeks of the release of Sims 3.

Is there any of my houses that you would like to see in Sims 3? I already have a request for Monet Gardens. Please post here...

I will be still building for Sims 2 for those not getting Sims 3 right away.

I have just completed my last house for my Sims 2 'Signature Collection'

This house has been a long time in the making and I finally have it just right. The estate includes a spacious open-concept plan, formal dining room, living room, study, large kitchen open to the great room and grand hall. There is a separate stair access from the great room to a upstairs games room & terrace. The bedrooms are extra big for your Sims to move around, reading loft, the master bedroom has a small terrace and a large luxury bathroom. There is also a staircase leading from the games room to a 3rd story loft featuring a small exercise area and sitting area. The luxury grounds has plenty of patios, great pool, cabana house, hot tub and much more...

I have included a front and back pic of the house. I hope you enjoy it. It will be available for download on Fri May 8.

I have been very busy lately trying to figure out what I'm going to do with a large inventory of homes that I have been working on for Sims 2 over time. Due to the upcoming release of The Sims 3, I am curious if many people are still going to play Sims 2. I will be cutting my Signature Collection to only 4 homes. (See my upcoming edition in the pic below)

I will be still creating for the Sims 2 for anyone that is still going to play it (at least while there is still interest!)...I'll be just cutting back for now and almost all homes will be unfurnished. So I will have more time to come up with some new and great ideas for Sims 3.

After a while of deliberating, I finally bought Apartment Life...I've been busy constructing some semi-detached and townhouses that will make great additions to my master planned community, which will be discussed later! I'm still working on an old world downtown scape. Here is a sneek peek at what I've been up to...Some old-world semi-detached residences. Each will have a unique open-concept floor plan with 3 spacious bedrooms, large principle rooms, studies & much more. Perfect for any down-sizing or Sims starting out.

I finally have my latest house finished. I've been working on it for some time now - between other houses. It has a unique floor plan, large rooms, basement games room, a very large kitchen and 3 spacious bedrooms. I hope you like it. I am also just finishing up a Mediterranean style house and a modern home.
