On the top of the hill you can place 3 big modern and luxurius lots for your sims as well as a small private park. Are your sims so rich that they have bought most of the community lots of the town? Have they big families? This is the right place for them.

Wow, Evi these are nice lots. I am not playing Sims 3, but I love your 16 Summer Hill Lot. It is very modern with lots of nice angles and windows. I love the flowers in the front too! Great job, as always.
