This cottage is built on a canal and if your sims are not afraid of mosquitos then this is the perfect place for rasing a family. They can get two bedrooms, a comfortable kitchen and a dinning room , a sitting room with a fire place and a big hall way. At the big garden which ends at the canal your sims can enjoy different sitting spots and a bbq
