Old broke center, it seems to expansive to rebuild the building but sims like it..it's a strange place and not the one to hang around in the night. There seems to live a homeless sim somewhere. Sims are very curious how he lives and visting him regular. What is on the lot, you can take a massage, sunbath~ swim~ playground for children and other activity's. A homecinema is added recently. Hope you like this lot either. The vieuw is beautiful in the early morning and evening. The lot is tested in my game.
