Old house wich needs a make~over, standing a long time without a owner..a challenge for one or two sims who find the propertie interesting, the garden is big enough to make a beautiful place. House is small with one bed and bathroom. Small kitchen and livingroom with fireplace, the good news is there is a toilet on the mainfloor. The shed could be a great hobbyplace.. the prize of this house is:38.645 included are some furniture.The car is not useable or you have to take it out the stream with the cheat moveObjects on.
