Cosy house in victorianstyle for the sims who like old and broke.. this house is almost renovate with new windows floors and wallpaper.The house has many rooms,the masterbedroom with balcony for a great vieuw to Bridgeport. The house is settled near the bridge wich give a magnifice vieuw in the evening.Your sims can move in straight away the needed rooms are furnished others you have to decorate yourself. Garden with pool and vegetableplot and room for outdoordiner or breakfast if you like. Partly furnished some bedrooms you have to decorate yourself. I build this house in the neighborhood Bridgeport on a 20x30 lot. Tested
