Description
a Watermill is a structure that uses a waterwheel or turbine to drive a mechanical process such as flour, lumber or textile production, or metal shaping-rolling, ginding or wire drawing.Bron Wikepedia.

If you are looking for a unusual home, than maybe this is something you like. The waterwheel is located into the big barn wich is a great hobbyplace.

The house is rather small and need some paint and new wallpaper but if you have fallen for this grandlady you don't mind to restore it in old victory.

Creator Notes
I build the lot in Barnaclebay with all the expansionpacks and the lastest update from EA.

\:wub\: This is so lovely! I could write volumes about how much I love this lot!! Where I live, we still have working water mills--one of my uncles has one. They used his a couple of generations ago to power their lumber mill. We also have several around here operating as museums. One of those is the sight of a spring and fall festival every year. It's an old tradition in the Ozark Mountains and I'm proud to be able to say I own one myself now!! (Sorry. I run on and on sometimes. \:o)
